Retrain Your Psychological Immune System
“Like our body’s immune system, our psychological one can occasionally misread reality and mistakenly see danger that’s not really there.” - Kegan & Lahey. An Everyone Culture.
Most of us want to change for the better. But change is slow or difficult because we resist it
This resistance come from our hidden assumptions. Self-reflection uncovers these assumptions
Change becomes quicker & easier.
