2.4 The Psychological Immune System
In this lecture we cover:
First recall the body’s immune system: harmful inputs are filtered or disabled to prevent illness.
This is compared to the internal immune system: harmful inputs are filtered or disabled to prevent anxiety.

The inner immune system attacks something based on assumptions that may be false. These assumptions define our growing edges.
